<p>CSS is the specification of a series of modules. CSS generally exists on a stylesheet, which is attached to a document of HTML code. The two elements are used to create what we know as a website. CSS allows web designers to customize websites using the attached stylesheet. The use of CSS and a stylesheet allows web designers to avoid having to create more complex code within an HTML document. Overall, the use of CSS makes it quicker and easier to design the overall look of a website, and generally also allows the website to have a quicker load time.  CSS3 is the newest version of CSS. Even though CSS3 is a new form of coding, many of its properties are compatible with current browsers. One of the current uses of CSS3 is to complement plug-ins like Javascript, and make more beautiful website animations without increasing load time. These animations and transitions can be implemented to enhance the overall user experience of a website.</p>

<p>HTML is the language that has built the internet as we know it. HTML is an acronym that stands for HyperText Markup Language. The internet, or world wide web, is a network of searchable, hyperlinked documents, and HTML is used to create those documents. HTML has evolved over the years, as does any language, and each version of HTML has changed and added more features. HTML 5 is the newest format of this language. HTML 5 supports content on the internet that is already existing, and it can be used in any browser. HTML 5 introduces new structural elements that can be used to replace certain plug-ins, such as JavaScript, that were previously used for animation capabilities such as form enhancement and rollovers. Many web developers are already using HTML 5, because its coding format is shorter and easier to use than is any previous version of HTML. Overall, HTML 5 is the most ambitious, and also the simplest, version of HTML ever designed.</p>
